Shipping Policy

Arcoiris currently ships to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to US territories or Canada at this time.

All orders are currently shipped via USPS Flat rate. Standard shipping is $6.00 USD. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery to arrive to your address, though in many cases, your order will arrive much sooner.

Return and Exchanges

All sales on arcoiris-co.com are final! In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged while en route, kindly report the issue within 72-hours of reported delivery and we will gladly issue a refund to the original form of payment for defective items only. Please email Hi@Arcoiris-co.com with the description and picture of the defective product. Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
